Care To Repeat That?

I shy away from things political here. Mainly because nobody should give a rat's ass what I think, and why scare away the 4 1/2 of you who actually read this crap that spews from my keyboard? But I'm changing that, just for today, to ask a simple question:

Could someone tell me why in the hell this news story isn't being looped ad infinitum like the friggin' JonBenet thing is?!? I don't know about you, but to me it's pretty big news that the President of the US admits at a press conference that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. (The 4 1/2 of you who read this blog knew that already, but not everyone did.) It was kinda the whole point for going over there and killing everyone, right? Ride that wave of patriotism and all? Or am I missing something? Please, tell me I'm missing something.

Hi. I also have a blog with blogger and am glad to see you have signed up for the September 11 tribute. I'll be doing it also. (Although, unlike you, there is precious little info I can find about my person.) I guess, after all, it's not the quantity I write but the quality/

He had an interview with Brian Williams, and he said on tonight's show, "Well, you kinda want to keep their expectations low," when he was referring to how he's done as a president.

I am amazed at the (relative) silence about this. Where is the outrage? Did everyone really buy into his "stupid" act? Because he knew exactly what he was doing. Manipulating the public with 9-11 to justify a war on Iraq was a cunning and horribly effective strategy. This plan was disrepectful to not only the lives of the people of Iraq plus our own soldiers--it is utterly disrespectful to the people who died on 9-11.
